Change time of castle siege

I have already discussed this with GM01 but I thought I would make a post here also incase anyone wanted to add comments.

The idea has been proposed to change the time the castle siege event takes place to noon server time (12:00).

This would allow EU players to attend the event and would make things a little earlier for US players.

When I discussed this with some players in game, the large majority felt the new time would be a lot better and just one person disagreed.
