While I have the game successfully downloaded on my computer, my husband is having difficulties downloading onto his. He has tried several times. Some of the times the download disappears during the download with no error, other times he gets through the download but no icon for the game appears (also there are no program files and is not in the uninstall program list), and still other times he gets through the client updater and when it's done, he gets a windows error (still no program files). So he has tried several times, but we can't uninstall because there is no information about the game to uninstall, it seems like he goes through the two hours of time to download and install and then it vanishes from the computer.

To be more creative, we attempted to share the file from my computer to his and run it from the copied shared file, but clicking on the client brings no results.
